We have a fully equipped alarm monitoring facility at our head office call centre in Malmesbury. Here we have 24/7 monitoring of alarm systems that is supported by our dedicated Armed Response team that service the Swartland and West Coast areas. 

Alarm monitoring is quick, with detailed communication between your home security system and our control room.  We can accommodate 98% of alarms currently functioning in our service area. Link ups are done swiftly and by different means including telephone linkups, radio and even cell phone based linkup.

Camera monitoring is also available.

 ARMED RESPONSE

Our armed reaction team is a dedicated group of men. We offer a response service to the public including asset control, citizen arrests, medical assistance and traffic control. These friendly, iconic men are area bound which insures quick response to keep you, your loved ones and property safe.

MSS Armed Response regularly participate in SAPS operations and has become one of the cornerstones in terms of security providers. We work with integrity & pride.
